Stress is initially positive and necessary to move forward. But stress can also be extremely negative when the person suffering from it feels that there is no way out, that he or she is unable to cope. The tools and reflections proposed will allow participants to better understand stress and how it works, to then analyze stressful situations and find solutions to reduce the threats perceived by the brain. Conference will be hosted by Madeleine Fortier.
