What does Self-Care Mean to You?
This workshop will explore the challenges of caring for oneself while caring for others, using a self-reflective approach and examining feelings of guilt often associated with self-care. It will also touch upon how the pressures of being a caregiver are interlinked with the challenges confronting the healthcare system in responding to the needs of caregivers and individuals who want to remain at home. Participants will have an opportunity to engage in an activity during this workshop, followed by a Q&A.
